2tomatoes
2green chillies
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2spoon desi ghee
1/3 tspcumin seeds
as requiredSalt to taste

Scrape, wash and chop torai.

Heat up cooker add ghee and splutter cumin seeds. Add tomato pieces and chilli and cook till it is mushy.

Add masalas and torai. Cook till 2 whistle and serve hot.
