Cut all the vegetables into pieces.

Then take one pan and put some oil and let it hot.once the oil has been hot then put ginger and green chilies then put Cauliflower first and Fry it well. After some time put carrots and potatoes and Fry it well.

Then put the chopped capsicum and Fry it for sometime.

After some time when all the veggies changes its colour put all the masalas, and salt to taste in the batter and Fry it well.

After the batter is ready put the coriander leaves and some peanuts in it and mix it well.

Now take one pan and put some water to boil.
Put carom seed, black cumin, salt and little oil in the water. And let it boil. - 7
Once the water gives a boil then put the rava in the pan little at a time and continuously stir it till the water absorbs all the rava in it

Now take the rava and make a dough of it. Now cut the dough in small pieces.

Take the batter and the dough and fill the batter in the dough.

Now take one pan and put refined oil in it. Put the litti in the hot oil and put the gas flame low and fry it once the colour of the litti changes take it out from the pan.

Serve it hot with tomato sauce or tomato chutney.
