Ingredients

  • 2 cupflour
  • 1/3 cupwater
  • 5scotch bonnet
  • 1medium onion
  • Pinchsalt
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Sieve flour and add the salt then set aside

  2. 2

    Grind the pepper and onion then add it to the flour

  3. 3

    Add the water and mix like that of chinchin

    Then roll out on a flat surface and cut into round shape
