Lord Krishna's favourite food is made of milk and milk products like , Makhan misri,dry fruit kheer, panchamrit,peda etc.This year I have made singhare ke aate ka Dahibara.It is tasty and soft ,melt in mouth because of arbi which I had mixed with singhade ka aata. #JSC#

Mix water chestnut flour, salt, black pepper, and arbi.Add water little by little to make the batter.(Dropping consistency)

Heat oil in a pan, and drop small portions of the batter in the oil. Deep fry them on medium heat until golden brown. Remove them from the oil and soak them in salted water.

Whisk curd, and add some water, salt, and black pepper.

Now squeeze all the Dahi Baras and dip them in the curd.

Sprinkle some black pepper and Serve.
