Janamashtami Bhog Gond Katli

In a karahi add ghee & fry gond. Add a little quantity at one time (2 tsp approx)

Gond is now fried, allow it to cool & grind to make a fine powder.
Now fry chopped almonds, resins, chhuara one by one. - 3
Now roast Fox Nuts by adding 1 tsp of ghee. Grind this also in a mixer grinder. After this roast grated coconut just only for 30 seconds & take it out.

Make a sugar syrup by adding 1 bowl or 1 cup sugar in 1 cup of water.
Make a single thread sugar syrup & now add all the roasted & grounded ingredients. Mix all together well till ½ minute. - 5
Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture on it. Flatten this with a steel bowl. Keep it at room temperature for 20 minutes.

When cool down cut the shape of katli of your choice.
