  • 2 cupsboiled pasta of your choice
  • As RequiredOregano
  • As RequiredChilli flakes
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1tblsp butter
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 teaspoon maida
  • 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  • 1 cupmilk
  • As RequiredCheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta and keep a side

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and butter in a pan. Add maida and cook till light golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add crushed garlic and milk and bring it to a boil by breaking lumps.

  4. 4

    Add cheese pasta oregano and chili flakes. And salt to taste serve with toasted bread
