English apricot is in season, and it tastes amazing without doing any! BUT, just wanted to make it look a bit fancy..

Bake the apricot and enjoy the difference in temerature between hot apricots and ricotta, or you could add vanilla icecream.

  1. 4apricots - as many as you like!
  2. Fresh ricotta
  3. Pistachio
  4. Honey
  5. Lemon
  6. Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Cut apricots into half and take out seeds. Add lemon juice, cardamon.

    Preheat oven at 190 degree and put for 20 min.

    Pre panfry pistacios and chop into pieces

  4. 4

    Add ricotta, honey and spinkle pistacios on top.
