Ingredients

3 person
  • 1whole chicken
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 4 tbspyogurt
  • 1 tbspred chili powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 4 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

    Wash chicken n drain water

  2. 2

    Then mark deep cuts

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all ingredients

  4. 4

    Dip chicken in ingredients

  5. 5

    Marinate for 2 hrs

  6. 6

    Add oil

  7. 7

    Then on the grill 10 mins

  8. 8

    Then bake or grill for 45 to 50 mins

    Brush oil or butter cut into half pieces
    Ready to serve
