Ingredients

  • 1 cupYellow Moong Dal
  • 1 tbspGinger
  • 2Green Chillies
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspCoriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspSchezwan Sauce
  • 1 tbspTomato Ketchup
  • 1Onion (Chopped)
  • 1Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cupPaneer (Chopped)
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • As Per TasteBlack Pepper Powder
  • As RequiredGhee/Oil (For Making the Chillas)

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, Wash and soak the moong dal for four hours. Drain out the water and transfer it to a blender. To it add ginger, green chilies, and salt and blend. Add 1/4 cup water or as required and further blend to a dosa batter consistency. Transfer the batter to a bowl. Add some chopped coriander leaves and mix them well.

    Keeping the flame on low, add oil to a pan. Add schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Next add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and paneer.

    Add salt and black pepper powder and saute for a few minutes.

    Heat a dosa pan. Pour a large spoon of the batter and spread it out. Drizzle some ghee/oil. Let it cook till crispy at the bottom. Add a generous amount of the prepared paneer and vegetable filling and spread it all over the dosa. Roll it over.

    Remove from pan and cut into the desired size.
