Heat 1tbsp.Oil and roast dry coriander cashewnuts and dry red chili on a slow flame for 3-4min. Turn off the flame. Transfer in a plate allows it to cool and grind to make a smooth powder.

Now heat 2tbsp.Ghee.Add chopped garlic and chopped tomatoes and mix coriander chili cashew nuts mixture powder. Around 3tbsp.Saute properly.
Now add red chili powder Kasuri methi salt garam masala Kasuri methi till tomatoes are soft and masala merged each other.Add 2-3tbsp.water. - 3
In another pan. Heat the rest of the ghee and oil and saute chopped onion carrot capsicum parboiled and chopped potatoes and cauliflower Mix it well. Now add Tomatoes mixture and 1/4Cup water. Stir and cook for 5Min. Lastly, add chopped coriander and cream stir. and Serve.

Tasty healthy Vegetables. Kadhai is ready to serve. Serve with Paratha and Salad rings. Garnish with cream and coriander.
