Sukku is a Tamil word that means dried ginger. Dried ginger is the main ingredient in Sukku malli coffee.This coffee is made with roasted.coriander,cumin,clove,black pepper and dried ginger.It is good for digestion,Flu, cold and cough.

Dry roast all the spices except.dry ginger. Let it cool. Grind with dry ginger.

Boil 2. cups of water, add 2.t.spoon.Sukku Malli powder. Switch off the gas. Add jaggery powder and mix.

Strain and serve hot Sukku Malli Coffee. It is good to have Sukku malli coffee in changing season.
