Onion tomato paste: Heat the 3 tablespoon oil, add bay leaf, and 2 onions, and saute until onions become a golden colour, coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, above req. tomatoes, and finally add cumin powder to this paste.

In between marinate the mutton for half an hour along with 1/3 cup curd, 2 teaspoon chili powder, req. turmeric powder and salt as needed.

Transfer the prepared onion tomato paste to a blender and make it as paste, not a fine paste

Heat the 3/4 tablespoon butter, add req. cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, 1 onion, 3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, saute until onions become translucent along with 1 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder

Take the mutton from the refrigerator add it above the prepared masala, and cook it for 7 to 8 whistles

Saute the onion tomato masala in 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon butter, then add prepared mutton into that and cook until the masala smell gone
