Lukhnow Special Vegetable Galouti Kebab

In a pan roast all whole spices until fragrant ; cool down & grind into fine powder

In a pan add ghee fry cashew nuts till golden brown
2. In a bowl add rajma,cashew nuts ginger garlic 🧄 paste, red chili 🌶 powder & mix everything properly
3. Now add in a grinder & grind into proper paste - 3
Remove from grinder add fried onions 🧅 kebab masala besan & salt 🧂 mix it properly until nicely combined
5. Make kebabs from mixture in equal portion & keep aside
6. Heat non-stick griddle add ghee on it & place the kebab & fry until golden brown from both sides - 4
For Walnut Dip / Chutney
In a bowl add yogurt, chopped walnuts, fennel seeds & green chilies ; mix everything properly & serve with kebabs
