Heat oil in a pan & sauté onions on medium flame 🔥 for 2-3 min
Add Ginger garlic paste & capsicum; sauté for 1-2 min on medium flame 🔥
Now add tomatoes 🍅 &cook on medium flame 🔥 for 2-3 min while stirring occasionally - 2
Low the flame 🔥 add spinach, haldi salt, chili 🌶 powder & coriander jeet powder & 2 tbsp water cook for 1-2 min
Add Kala Chana & brown rice & cook on medium flame 🔥 for 2-3 min while stirring occasionally - 3
Serve kala Chana palak Pulao hot garnished with chopped coriander
Enjoy with Raita / Dahi of your choice
