Steps

In a thick-bottomed pan dry fry ground nuts till crisp.
After cooling, remove the skin of the nuts. - 2
In a mixie jar, grind these nuts with fried gram and red chilies to a coarse powder.

In a bowl mix all other ingredients with the powder from the jar.

Add 2 tsp hot oil to the bowl and make a stiff dough by adding water.

Take a small portion of the dough and press it on butter paper to make a thick puri.

Deep fry in hot oil.
