Marinated Pork and Gnocchi

Trim and cube the Pork. Combine the Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Onion and Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper and mix well. Marinate the meat in the mixture for 2 - 8 hours in the refrigerator.

Cook Gnocchi. Then fry on each side I Oil

Heat a large skillet over medium high-heat. Grill the Pork in batches. Don't crowd the pan and don't add too much of the marinade or the meat would boil instead of browning nicely.

Once all the Pork is browned, return all the meat to the pan. Add Plant Butted and Garlic and sauté till fragrant, you can add remaining marinade and Orley Whip. Add cooked Gnocchi to the skillet and combine with the Pork and sauce. Garnish with Parsley.
