This is a delicious and healthy Indian sweet dish, specially cooked in Northern India. Richness of dryfruits give them taste and flavour.

First of all take 3 to 4 tablespoon of ghee and roast the wheat

Keep this aside, once done.

Now again take 1 tablespoon of ghee and fry the goand into the ghee

It will easily flutter it. Then in the same ghee add the rest of dry fruits, coconut and roast it.

Roast the makhana at the end. Now once dry fruits get roasted grind the dry fruits and makhana.

Now take a heavy bottom kadai and add rest of ghee. Heat it. Add the wheat mixture, goand and dry fruits mixer.

Mix it well, add Elaichi powder, jaggery powder.

Cook the mixture, once heated jaggery melts and it gives beautiful colour.

Also if required add 3 to 4 tablespoon of milk.

Saute for a while, once the mixture leaves pan, halwa is ready.

Serve this nutritious pinni halwa dish as per yr choice.
