I am a huge fan of meatballs 😋 today I am sharing a very simple and basic recipe of meatballs. Its a make and store recipe you can use it in pasta pualo biryani gravies wraps etc. Make and store for upto 4 to 6 weeks. This time I have used camel meat you can make with beef mutton ot chicken as well.

In a chopper bowl add green chillies and onion chop nicely keep aside.

Now add half of the minced meat and grind nicely

Add remaining mince and spices grinded onion and green chillies egg and chikpea powder

Blend again. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. Grease your hands take some mixture and shape them.

You can use table spoon for even sized balls. Freeze overnight then store in a airtight container.
