In pan heat oil add crushed ginger garlic and chilli,saute for a while,than add onion and fry till light pink,add than cauliflower,potato,tomato and mix well fry it cover within 5 mint,add than turmeric powder and salt and mix well add little water to cooked well potato and all vegetables, half Cook than add green peas and cover it and cook for 10-15 Mint,after water are all absorb than cook well than off the flame. Serve it with rice or chapati.
