  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1/2 cupCarrot, capsicum and beans chopped
  3. 3 spoonGhee
  4. 1 teaspoonMustard Seeds
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder

    In a kadhai, heat oil and add mustard seed. add all vegetables and fry little.

    Put chop curry leaves sauté for another minutes. Then add 1 and 1/2 cup of water & salt. When water boils, add roasted suji and stir continuously.

    When the water dries nicely, suji upma is ready. Serve hot with chutney & sambhar.
