Steps

Make ghee hot.you can use unsalted butter too. Add flour and roast on medium flame. Keep moving spatula until it becomes aromatic and golden dark

If you want to add nut then separately fry them before adding flour in Desi ghee. Fry in same ghee before starting

For much more healthy way you can add all kind or nuts,sesame seeds,ginger powder called sund,edible gums(fry them and crush them)

When flour turns aromatic and dark golden turn off the flame and after 5 minutes add sugar and nuts. Mix well.wear gloves and make pinnis like balls
