Ingredients

3-4 people
  • 2 cupsHeavy Cream
  • 1 cansweetened condensed Milk
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 tspkosher or seasalt
  • 2 cupsfruit fresh or frozen but thawed
  • I use frozen blackberries or strawberries defrosted and drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour Heavy Cream and sweetened condensed milk in a blender or food processor

  2. 2

    Blend for a few pulses then add chopped fruit drained if you use thawed frozen fruit salt and vanilla. Pulse again just enough to mix everything together

  3. 3

    Pour into freezer safe container or wax paper lined loaf pan cover and place in freezer takes several hours to freeze. Enjoy
