In a bowl add mince meat, breadcrumbs, seasoning and spices

Ads Scotch bonnet, garlic and onions and mix together

Use your hand and mold it

Fry on both sides

In another bowl add Mayonnaise, ketchup onions and cabbage

Mix everything together

Add the mixture and meat on the bread and put another one on top and grill

Serve hot
