Moong bean sprouts are a culinary vegetable grown by sprouting mung beans . They can be grown by placing and watering the sprouted beans in the shade until the hypocotyls long . Remove the brown part and the root part from the bean sprout. This is optional, you could skip this step if you like.

Clean the bean sprout.

Boil the water, and add the bean sprout, cook for 5 mins.

Drain the bean sprout.

Cut the spring onion, carrot, and red chili.

Place all the ingredients together.

Mix the ground peanut and sesame powder with the salt, mince garlic, sesame oil/ olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

Toss bean sprouts, carrots, red chili, and spring onion, and the mix spices.

Then add 1 tbsp lemon juice, and honey, and add peanut mix it well.

Serve it fresh, or store it first in the fridge for 30 minutes until all night. Better Serve it in one day.
