Mix oats, apples, cinnamon, and dry fruits. Add water 1/2 cup little by little to make the batter. Rest it for 15 min. Again whisk the batter.

Heat a pan or tawa, grease it with ghee, and pour 1 ladle full of batter on it. Pour some ghee on the edges of the pancake. Cover and cook for 2 min. Flip it over and cook on the other side. It will take 3-4 min. to cook.

Your healthy tasty pancakes are ready to serve. Serve it with honey or chocolate syrup.
