1. Boil 4 medium size Red Tomatoes and 2 dry Red Chillies for 15 Mins.

2. Take out and let it cool. Remove the skin of the Tomatoes. transfer the Tomatoes and Chilies in a grinder jar. Blend to make a fine paste.

3. Heat the Pan, Add 1 tsp of Butter. Finely chopped Garlic Cloves, Ginger, stir properly then add 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder and Tomato Paste and a Pinch of Sugar or Gaggery and salt to taste.

4. Cook for 5 mins on low flame. Off the flame and add handful of Spring Onions and Green Coriander Leaves.

5. Red Chutney is Ready to serve with Momos.
