Steps

For Dough :- Take 2 cups Ragi flour, Salt as per taste and 1/2 tsp of Oil in a bowl. And Mix well.

Add boiling water and form a Dough. Cover the dough with a moist Napkin for 15 to 20 mins.

For Vegetable Stuffing :-
1. Take 2 Cups of finely chopped veggies - Cabbage, Carrots, French Beans, Capsicum and Spring Onions. - 4
2. Heat Oil in a frying Pan. Add finely chopped Garlic. Saute for 2 to 3 Seconds on medium to low heat.

3. Add all the finely chopped vegetables. Increase the flame and stir fry the vegetables. Saute for 2 to 3 mins. Add 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder and salt as per Taste. Switch off the heat and add handful of Spring Onions and Green Coriander.

Let the stuffing cool completely.

For making Momos :- 1. Shape the dough into small Balls.

2. Take each ball and on a lightly dusted board and roll into a thin circle of 3 to 4 inches with thin edges and thick centre. Apply water with your finger tip on the edge. Place 2 to 3 tsp of vegetable stuffing in the centre, and give it a shape of your choice.

For Steaming Momos :- 1 :- Add 2 cups of water in the pot and steam the Momos for 10 to 15 minutes. Don't overcook as then the outer dough becomes dense and chewy.

2. Serve thes Veg Momos with Red Chutney and White Chutney.
