Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/3 cuprolled oats (30 grams)
  • 3 tablespoonsrice flour (20 grams)
  • 1/2 tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder (such as Van Houten)
  • 1 packetvanilla sweetener (such as Canderel) or other sweetener
  • 1/3 cupunsweetened applesauce (90 grams)
  • 1large egg
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Almond extract or other flavoring

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Pour the batter into a small baking pan (about 5 to 5.5 inches/12 to 14 cm). You can add fruit or nuts on top if you like (optional).

  4. 4

    Bake for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it.

  5. 5

    This cake is very moist!
