Easy to make delicious nutritious halwa recipe

Cook halwa on very low flame from start to finish. Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a non-stick skillet, roast cashews until golden red ; remove and keep cashew nuts for garnishing.
Over low heat, add 2 tbsp ghee in the same skillet. Stir in the cheese. Once cheese thickens a little, add sugar and stir. The mixture would liquefy a little Add the saffron, and cardamom; keep stirring until all the ingredients come together-10 minutes - 4
Add remaining ghee and stir well, 2 more minutes in simmering heat; turn off the stove,
Grease a plate and transfer the halwa from the skillet on it, flatten the halwa with the back side of a spatula. Spread the roasted cashew nuts on top of the halwa and press gently; the halwa is ready. T - 5
Taste.
Serve after cooling. If you want, you can slice it. celebrate with friends and relatives
