Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated bottle gourd
  2. 2 cupyogurt
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. as per taste Black pepper powder
  5. As per taste Roasted cumin powder

    Add the grated lauki, salt and water to the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 1 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Immediately strain the water from the lauki using a strainer.

    Whisk the yogurt till it is smooth and creamy.

    Add the grated lauki, salt, pepper powder and cumin powder into the yogurt. Serve......
