Remove the hard black flakes from makhane.

Take a wok
Add ghee in it
Now add raw peanuts and makhane to the ghee and let them roast on low flame. - 3
Keep stirring to avoid burning
Take Yogurt and sieve it from a strainer to make it lump free.

If you want you can roast raisins too in the same ghee.
- 5
Mix all the ingredients in beaten curd, add seasoning and serve chilled.
