Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cuppuffed Lotus seeds (makhana)
  2. Handfulraw peanuts
  3. 1 cupYogurt
  4. 2 tbspMilk
  5. 1 tspGhee
  6. 1 tspRaisins (optional)
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. to tasteRoasted cumin powder
  9. to tasteblack pepper
  10. 2 teaspoonSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the hard black flakes from makhane.

  2. 2

    Take a wok
    Add ghee in it
    Now add raw peanuts and makhane to the ghee and let them roast on low flame.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring to avoid burning

    Take Yogurt and sieve it from a strainer to make it lump free.

  4. 4

    If you want you can roast raisins too in the same ghee.

  5. 5

    Mix all the ingredients in beaten curd, add seasoning and serve chilled.
