Odisha Traditional Chicken aloo Curry

First you fry the chicken aloo and onion. Then put the kadai on flame. Then add sarso oil. Add khada garam masala on it and saute for 2min. add onion and sauté till golden brown.

Then add ginger garlic paste and all powder masala.saute for 2min then add Tomato paste. Saute for 5 min then add fried chicken after some time add fried potatoes.

After 5-7min add 1glass of water on it. After 15-20 min your chicken aloo curry is ready. add some coriander leaves and 4-5 crushed cardamom on it. Now it's ready for serve 😋
