Take the arbi patte and wash it then make a thick batter of gram flour using 2tbsp paste of onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and amchur powder.

Take a single patta and put the paste onto it and then put another patta on it.Repeat this process at least 4 times and make a roll of it.

Then put all the rolls for steam upto 15 minutes. And cut them when it becomes cool.

Then take a wok and add 2tbsp oil and add onion garlic,ginger paste,salt turmeric powder Red chilli powder and saute it till it leaves oil. Then add curd and saute it for five minutes.

Then add steamed pieces of arbi patte and fry it for again 5 minutes. Ready to serve and garnish it with coriander leaves.
