  • છ નંગ પાઉ
  • 500ગ્રામ બટેટા
  • મરચું પાવડર હળદર ધાણા જીરું એક ચમચી
  • સ્વાદ અનુસાર નમક
  • એક ચમચો તેલ
  • લીંબુ બે નંગ
  • સેવ અને ડુંગળી સીંગદાણા શેકેલા મન મુજબ
  • કચ્છી દાબેલી મસાલા એક ચમચી

    સૌપ્રથમ બટેટાનું બાફી તેનો મસાલો કરો ત્યારબાદ એક ચમચો તેલ મૂકી દાબેલી નો મસાલો એડ કરવો તેલમાં

    ત્યારબાદ તેમાં લીંબુ ખાંડ એડ કરવું દાબેલી નો મસાલો તૈયાર પાવની વચ્ચે દાબેલીનો મસાલો ભરવો સેવ અને ડુંગળી શિંગદાણા પણ એડ કરવા શેકી લેવા કચ્છી દાબેલી તૈયાર તેને ખજૂર ની ચટણી જોડે સર્વ કરો
