Parathas are cooked in every desi household and aloo bhary parathay are the most loved ones among all age groups.its such a humble comfortable complete meal in itself.crisp on outside ,soft inside with delectable aloo bhurta/masala stuffing parathas can be eaten from breakfast to dinner and from lunch boxes to picnic boxes
They can serve with raita,chutney,achaar salad bhurta,curry or simply just Hot Tea 😋

Add salt in flour and knead a moderate dough not too hard, not too soft.keep it in fridge for sometime.

Boil potatoes and mash them nicely.add all spices and chop fresh coriander,chop green chiliies.mix well without any lumps

Make small pairas(round balls) of dough.roll flat breads.apply some potato mixture over one side of bread.apply little ghee at edges of bread.put another flat bread on this one.press to seal edges. Roll a bit to make bread equal.

Apply ghee/oil at tawa(hot plate) place bread on it at medium flame.apply oil/ghee from top. Let it cook from one side than turn to other when one side is completely cooked golden in colour

Made all parathas in same manner.enjoy with raita,hari chutney,achaar,salad and enjoy.
