  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste -1tbsp
  • 3Tomato puree -
  • 1 tspCumin seeds-
  • 2Bay leaf -2
  • 1 inch pieceDaalchini"
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 1 tspKashmiri red chilli
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 cupMatar
  • 50 mlOil-50
  • 1-2 tbspCoriander leaves
  • 2Green chilli
