Hello everyone! Today we're going to make a delicious and refreshing homemade sangria.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
- 2
Pour the wine into a pitcher.
- 3
Add a splash of orange liqueur.
- 4
Juice one orange using a juicer. Strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp, then add it to the pitcher.
- 5
Juice half of the lemon, strain, and add the juice to the pitcher. Slice the other half into rounds and add them as well.
- 6
Slice one orange, cut the slices in half, and add them to the pitcher.
- 7
Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, chop into medium pieces, and add to the pitcher. Do the same with the peach, leaving the skin on. If your pears are small, use two; otherwise, one regular-sized pear is enough. Chop and add to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix the fruit.
- 8
Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter). Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- 9
Finally, add the lemon-lime soda and stir.
- 10
Serve in a glass and enjoy your sangria nice and cold.

I searched the internet for a healthy sangria recipe. I found recipes that showed what ingredients I could use but no amounts so I just winged it.Longans have a strong smoky scent so I avoided adding to many. You can add more if you wish though. This is great for people who dream a lot at night. After I started drinking this I was always able to sleep soundly and wake up refreshed in the morning. Recipe by roomy cookpad.japan -
