Steps
- 1
Start making our refreshing drink, Sangria, as follows: First, wash all the fruit. Once they are well washed, cut them into small cubes.
- 2
Take the apples, remove the core and hard parts, and cut them into cubes. Add them to a pot where we will prepare our sangria. Do the same with the peach, cut it into pieces, and remove the pit.
- 3
Also, take an orange and a lemon, slice them, and then cut into pieces. Finally, take a lime and do the same. Add everything to a pot and add 4 large tablespoons of sugar, stir it, and add a cinnamon stick.
- 4
Then add a 1-liter bottle of red wine. It doesn't need to be a fine wine. Also, add a can of lemon soda and a can of orange soda, and finally, add a splash of gin.
- 5
Stir everything to dissolve the sugar well and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to let the flavors blend. After 2 hours, you can enjoy this delicious drink, sangria.
- 6
To serve, pour the sangria from the pot into a pitcher and refresh it with as many ice cubes as will fit in the pitcher. Continue doing this as the pitcher empties, but never add ice to the pot to avoid diluting the sangria.
- 7
And that's today's recipe for Sangria. I hope you liked it.
