Now it gets colder in Bristol and I thought of having something to warm up my body. I don’t know what’s the proper way of cooking milk soup or fish chowder, but this soup which I randomly made up was quite good!

Just seasoned it with salt and pepper, but it is delicious 😊

1Small onion (sliced)
200 gFish pie mix or salmon or cod
Salt and pepper
300 mlFresh whole milk
2Small potatoes (diced)
1Italian parsley 🌿

Add chopped potatoes in a pot, cook from water and bring to boil. Once they get soft, set aside.

Heat some butter in a pot, cook sliced onion and add fish pie mix. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Pour in fresh milk. Add cooked potatoes. Cook for few minutes and ready to serve!
