  • 200 grcooked pasta
  • 2small eggs
  • 1 tbpanko or other breadcrumb
  • 1 tboil
  • 1medium onion
  • 1small clove garlic minced
  • 50 grgrated cheese
  • 1/2cubed Bell pepper (optional)
  • 50 grleftover meat in cubes
  • Salt and pepper

    Fry onion in oil with garlic

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients

    Preheat oven 220°C

    Put mixture in 6 muffin cups. Bake for 15 min or until golden brown
