200 grcooked pasta
2small eggs
1 tbpanko or other breadcrumb
1 tboil
1medium onion
1small clove garlic minced
50 grgrated cheese
1/2cubed Bell pepper (optional)
50 grleftover meat in cubes
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven 220°C

Put mixture in 6 muffin cups. Bake for 15 min or until golden brown
