  1. 150 mlMilk
  2. 1 tspDesi ghee
  3. 1 cupMilk powder
  4. 50 gmsSugar
  5. 1 tspCardamom powder
  6. as neededDry fruits like almond and pistachio

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan, pour milk in it and turn on the flame.

    Then add desi ghee and stir. Mix it well.

  3. 3

    Then add milk powder and continously stir the milk until it becomes thick.

  4. 4

    Then add sugar and keep stirring the mixture.

  5. 5

    This mixture will turn into thick form of batter then dish out in plate and make peda with hands.

    Press the pedas from center and keep some dry fruits in them.
