  1. 1tendar medium sized bottlegourd
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. 1 tspCardamom powder
  4. 2 tspSaffron syrup
  5. 1 cupmalai/cream
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 2 tspdesi ghee
  8. handfulDry fruits

Cooking Instructions

30 to 35 mins

    Grate bottelgourd after peeling

    Heat desi ghee in pan add grated gourd and fry till it becomes dry (not completely)

  3. 3

    Now add milk and cook till it becomes transperant, add fresh malai(you can add khoya,didn't get)add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron syrup, dry fruits and cook till it leaves pan. Serve
