I made this meal for my boyfriend cause it’s his Favourite it was inspired by my mom

First I steam the meat stock fish and Canda in a pot add my seasoning (Maggi,pepper, salt and onion) add a little water and cover my pot let it boil

Then I soak my Egusi in a bowl and cover it

Then I slice my pumpkin leave (Ugu) and wash it with lake warm water

My smoked fish and rewinkles are sitting fresh in separate plates

Place an empty pot on your gas then in low heat add palm oil then add sliced onions to it then add your Egusi once it starts boiling add small water

Then add your steamed meat to it and add the amount of water you want to use in cooking it then add seasoning to taste once it starts boiling add your smoked fish and periwinkle (isam) cover your pot and let it boil

After 2mins you add your pumpkin leaves (ugu) and your delicious Egusi soup is ready to eat
