1Banana
2 tspHoney
2/3Dates
1 cupMilk

Mix chia seeds with milk and soak for 2 hrs.

Dry roast oats for few minutes.

Mix oats with soaked chia seeds, thinly sliced banana, dates and honey.
Add more milk or honey if desired.
