1 tspcurry powder
Crushed pepper flakes
1 ozHennessy
1 Tfresh garlic
1 tfresh ginger
5# chicken wings

Pre heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients (but chicken) together. Put aside

Deep fry wings (naked or breaded)

Toss wings in sauce

Place wings in preheated oven and bake 5-10 minutes. Every 2-3 minute glaze wings while turning wings

Ready to serve
