Ingredients

  • 12 ozhoney
  • 1 ozsoy sauce
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • Crushed pepper flakes
  • 1 ozHennessy
  • 1 Tfresh garlic
  • 1 tfresh ginger
  • 5# chicken wings

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients (but chicken) together. Put aside

  3. 3

    Deep fry wings (naked or breaded)

  4. 4

    Toss wings in sauce

  5. 5

    Place wings in preheated oven and bake 5-10 minutes. Every 2-3 minute glaze wings while turning wings

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
