Ingredients

  • 5 poundspotatoes
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 cupschicken broth or water
  • 1/4 cupbutter, cubed
  • 1 1/4 cupslight sour cream
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/3 cupmilk, warmed
  • 2 ounceslight cream cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and cube. Set crock pot to high. Add potatoes, broth/water and butter. Cook 4 1/2 hours.

  2. 2

    Roughly mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mash completely.
