Ingredients

5 poundspotatoes
1garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cupschicken broth or water
1/4 cupbutter, cubed
1 1/4 cupslight sour cream
1 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
1/3 cupmilk, warmed
2 ounceslight cream cheese

Steps

Peel potatoes and cube. Set crock pot to high. Add potatoes, broth/water and butter. Cook 4 1/2 hours.

Roughly mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mash completely.
