In a slightly hot water soak Anjeer for an hour till they become soft
- 2
In a mixture grinder make the fine powder of all the dry fruits - pieces each of almond, cashew, pista, charoli
- 3
Then add soaked Anjeer and make the fine paste. Don't add any water to it.
- 4

Now add dry fruit powder and keep mixing. Now add Anjeer paste, sugar and keep mixing till the mixture becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan
