Ingredients

  • 1.Rice 2 cups
  • 2.moog dal (yellow splite)0ne cup
  • 3.jaggery 35Ograms.ordinary jaggery or palm jaggery your wish
  • 4.Elachi 8nos
  • 5.150grams
  • 6.Cashew nut 12nos
  • 7.grapes 12nos
  • 8.Water 3 cups
  • 9.milk one cup
  • 10.Nut mug powder half tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    First take good strong kadai and dry roast your rice &Moog dal when the good aroma will arise to you nose put off your flame.

    Next step take a pressure pour water and take a vessel pour your dry roasted materials wash it needs nicely mix your two glass of water and half glass of milk cook for 4 whistle and put off your flame.

    Then open it after 20 minute.Then again take a kadai pour some ghee fry your cashew nut,grapes after golden colour arrive keep it in a tray

    Next step pour half cup of water add your powder jaggery or palm jaggery let them cook and take strainer and clean unwanted particle in the jaggery again pour your jaggery melted water add immediately your cooked rice and Moog dal with the help of spatula slowly if needed add some more water add your cooked milk,melted ghee also and finally add your remaining ghee add your powder Elachai powder,Nutmug powder everything mix nicely finally add your roasted Cashewnut,grapes.Your dessert is ready
